VM Pooling in the Rhino Federated Computing Platform (FCP) lets each site reserve compute up front, so runs start when the team is ready. The latest release lets one Code Object target multiple pools, scaling across compute specs and regions while data stays sovereign. Reserved capacity also sets a predictable baseline cost, and every run executes on a VM that is destroyed when the run ends.
